National Shoe 10K Road Race

Saturday, June 22nd. Registration: 9:00 a.m. Race Start: 10:00 a.m.

The route starts at National Shoe on Broadway and finishes there. It goes along the old railway bed to the 4 way stop at the end of Griffin Drive and back. NOTE: At the moment, due to logistical issues, it is about 9.6K, not a regulation 10K.

CBRC Christmas Run: Sat. Dec. 22

For anybody who may be interested, the Corner Brook Running Club annual Christmas run will be Saturday, Dec 22 at 1:00 p.m. (Not Sunday as previously reported on the CBRC web site). Runners will gather at Take the Plunge and make one loop from the Millbrook Mall through West Street, West Valley Road to O’Connell Drive, Mt Bernard and back to the mall. Refreshments will be provided. Santa hats and jungle bells optional, but encouraged.
